The Green Tara statue captures the essence of this revered deity in exquisite detail. She sits gracefully on a lotus throne with her legs raised in a pose known as Lalita Asana. This depiction exudes elegance and serenity. Green Tara's face reflects her compassionate and loving nature. Her countenance exudes calm and benevolence, inviting devotees to seek comfort and guidance in her presence.

Above her shoulders are two Utpala flowers (lotus flowers), they are called the day and night lotus and show that Green Tara fulfills her role as a helper at all times.

She is also reported to have been a historical figure, the Nepalese/Tibetan (Chinese) princess who married the great King Srang-Tsan Gampo and introduced Buddhism to Tibet and China.

Crafted from high quality materials, this Green Tara statue has a timeless beauty. Her presence serves as a powerful reminder of the enlightened qualities that Green Tara embodies, compassion, wisdom and protection.

Whether for meditation, devotion, or as an artistic centerpiece on a Buddhist altar, this Green Tara statue is a testament to the rich spiritual traditions of Himalayan art. She serves as an inspiring symbol of hope, grace, and the limitless potential for growth and transformation inherent in every human being.
