Shipping policy

We currently ship directly to Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the USA. Live elsewhere? Just reach out via our contact form — we’ll provide you with an individual ordering link.

Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Switzerland, United Kingdom, and USA.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Shipping costs depend on the size of the respective piece and the destination country. The applicable shipping costs are shown transparently during the ordering process before you complete your order.
Each piece is carefully prepared for safe transport and shipped in appropriately adapted packaging.

Deliveries within the European Union:

Due to new legal packaging requirements, we have had to temporarily disable shipping to some EU countries (other than Germany).

If you are interested in a work and your country is currently not available as a shipping destination, we will be happy to suggest an individual solution for your order. For larger pieces, we may deliver in person or arrange a personal handover.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective listing, delivery within Germany takes place within 3-5 days, deliveries to Switzerland and the UK within 3-8 days, and deliveries to the USA within 5-8 days (depending on customs clearance), in each case after conclusion of contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
