This Buddhist Serkyem set has been crafted with meticulous handwork from silver-plated copper. The fine filigree decorations, artistically embedded pearl beads, and colored stones give the two-piece vessel an elegant appearance.
The Serkyem (Tibetan for 'golden drink') is used in Buddhism for ritual offerings to Dharmapalas, the protective deities of the Dharma. It is traditionally filled with tea, alcohol, or uncooked grains—symbolic offerings that express generosity, abundance, and spiritual connection.
This Serkyem is suitable for ritual use and as a valuable addition to a household altar. It combines cultic significance with artistic design and appeals to practitioners as well as collectors and enthusiasts of Tibetan ritual culture.
