2.250,00 €

The stupa, which represents the Buddhist universe, is a Buddhist sacred site, sometimes square and sometimes round, with spires or steps on the capital. Each spire or step represents a heaven, with the top part being a point believed to be the highest peak of Mount Sumeru (a mythical mountain), from which the Bodhichitta dissolves into Sunya.

Swayambhu is a place in Nepal where the concept of the Adi-Buddha originated. The Dharamkaya aspect is assumed in the chaitya or stupa. It is also depicted in paintings as Adi-Buddha, Samantabhadra, Samantabhadri.
Samantabhadra has a blue color. It symbolizes emptiness or the essence of the mind. Samantabhadri has a white color. It symbolizes the clear knowing aspect of the mind. The unity of emptiness is represented in masculine and feminine forms. This depiction is free from thoughts and constructs and perceives the nature of the emptiness of our mind.
