Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply: 
Any import costs, taxes, and/or customs duties (for orders outside the EU) incurred may be passed on to the customer.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany and EU countries
Free shipping

USA, Japan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Taiwan, Mongolia: 
Free shipping up to 10 kg
above 10 kg: 150 EUR shipping costs

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 3-5 days, and for international deliveries within 7-10 days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). 
Please note that no delivery will take place on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
